lookfantastic have created their own beauty box with a selection of five hand-picked beauty products which are sent to your door. In the last couple of months the beauty boxes have sold out so fast that I didn’t manage to get one. Luckily, I pre-ordered the December box and it arrived last week, I was very excited as you can imagine! You can see my unboxing video here ♥

Murad Essential-C Cleanser £34.99– removes impurities from environmentally damaged skin, something which we are all guilty of without even knowing it. I have used this a couple of times and it is good, my skin felt soft and very clean so over time I can imagine seeing an improvement in my overall complexion.
OLEHENRIKSEN pure youth activating oil £34.95 – I have actually been using this everyday since I opened the beauty box as I felt like my skin needed some extra moisture in these winter months. I have to say I am not a huge fan of the scent but I do love how it feels on my skin, it so lightweight and doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy at all. My skin feels instantly smooth, I use just one pump for my face and neck, leave to sink in for a minute or so and then apply moisturiser.
Elemis Papaya Enzyme Peel £29.50 – so far this box has been all about good skin which is so important all year around but in winter the skin does need a little extra TLC and this facial peel does just that. I used this over the weekend and firstly I love the smell, secondly I love how it applies like a gel and foams slightly when you wash off. I ended up leaving this on for 30 minutes rather than 15 due to not being able to get in the bathroom but either way my skin looked instantly radiant and glowing. This is one I will definitely be buying a full-size version of, I am sold after just using it just once!
Macadamia Infused Comb £6 – I love the idea of this and how hassle-free and easy it is to use but unfortunately I have a nut allergy and did not want to take the risk with macadamia oil. I did however give this to my mum who has super long hair and she has been very impressed, noticing a smoother appearance to her locks.
Lord & Berry Silk Kajal £10 – one of the great things about kajal is that it is great for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers but it can get messy. The idea of silk kajal in a pencil is just genius!
Bourjois Smokey Eyes Trio £7.99 – perfectly handbag sized to create day to-night looks at your desk. I love Bourjois as a brand anyway so this for me was a lovely little bonus.
Pure Gold Collagen £28.79 (for a 10-day programme) – a liquid food supplement packed with vitamins and minerals which re-activates your skin for more youthful looking skin. It is said to be 20 times more powerful than a collagen pill…I have not tried it yet ♥
Looking at the prices of the products that were in my beauty box it is very clear to see that £15 for the box is really good value for money. They also make great gifts! Pre-order your January lookfantastic beauty box here ♥
