A couple of weeks ago I told you all about the Bourjois press event I went to and mentioned the new GHD Curve that is all the rave right now. You may have noticed that I haven’t really mentioned GHD on my blog before but this curling tool caught my eye and my hair after using this tool was simply amazing! My curls looked effortless, glamorous and basically perfect.
I did think it would be impossible to recreate this look at home but I was mistaken, before I get to the ‘how to’ let’s take a moment to talk about the packaging and how the GHD Curve actually works. I have always noticed the luxury packaging of GHD hair tools but this Rose Gold edition almost seems to pretty to unpack! There is a very smart black box with a satin heat resistant case which has a zip, which then rolls up and fits in the box. The wand itself is very lightweight, great news for somebody with a lot of hair (no tired hands!)
The GHD curve has a new tri-zone® technology that keeps curls locked in for longer, meaning the curls will not fall out after a couple of hours. The curls also form a lot faster so you only have to hold the tongs for 5-8 seconds depending on your hair type. So, with the science bit out of the way sit back and enjoy my tutorial on how to create gorgeous soft curls with the new GHD curve ♥
As you can imagine this is selling out everywhere and fast! John Lewis have already sold out, but I have found some available from GHD directly, Harvey Nicols and Very. Priced from £110 ♥
What do you think of the GHD curve? Will it be on your wishlist? #getthehintdarling
