New Year’s Eve is definitely the night to sparkle and go for something a little bit different. I have loved this starry eyed look ever since I saw Kate Moss rock it and I think New Year’s Eve is the perfect occasion for it. Here is my take on the Starry Eye Tutorial, originally created by the amazing Charlotte Tilbury, using a mix of high street and luxury products.

I think this look has so much sparkle so you need very little else, the lips should be nude with a natural flush to the cheeks and of course a flawless base. Have fun with different glitters to create texture and depth to your star, this will help you sparkle even more! I think black eyeliner with a big flick will define the eyes more in all the glitter and off course big lashes are a must! I hope you enjoy creating this look as much as I did!
