This Summer is about to become more sparkly and bold with a 70s vibe. Known for colour and vibrant prints, British designer Matthew Williamson and teamed up with Benefit make up to celebrate his fifteen years in fashion and what a way to celebrate! The colourful 70s inspired make up collection takes the brilliance from Bianca Jagger, Jerry Hall and Liza Minnelli, it’s all about long lashes with gold and bronze eyeshadows paired with gloss and glam. Bringing the wonderful kaleidescope printed limited edition box, ‘The Rich is Back,’ complete with some of Benefit’s best make up minis including ‘Get Down Brown’ and ‘Disco Dust’ eyeshadows, ‘Gimmer Fever’ bronzer and the ‘Inferno’ lip gloss. Perfect for cocktail parties and poolside glamour giving anyone a flash of 70s fever. The prints for the packaging are taken from some of the designer’s most memorable collections and once the make up tray is taken out it is a perfect little keepsake box.
‘This high-octane makeup kit encapsulates some of my favourite iconic prints and the fun-loving, light-hearted spirit of the Benefit girl‘ says Matthew Williamson summing up his collaboration. This is Matthew Williamson’s first beauty collaboration, the relationship with Benefit cosmetics blossomed about a year ago when they supported the catwalk shows and did make for the runways. Both brands share a light-hearted approach to fashion and beauty with a sense of youthfulness making this a fun and exciting collaboration not missing the glamour ♥
The ‘Rich is Back’ launches in June at Benefit counters, boutiques and in Debenhams stores ♥
