A good quality and professional make-up brand with products under £10…look no further, I have found the brand or should I say this brand found me! I was recently sent a box of W7 make-up treats to try out. I was pleasantly surprised with the girly packaging and cute product names but held back and decided to film a video of my first impressions and actually using the products. So here is my W7 Cosmetics review and pinky peach tutorial ♥
I am loving this look by the way! I didn’t really have a clear plan as to what look I was creating as I hadn’t used the products before so I kind of just went with the flow.
I adore how simply nude this 10 Out of 10 Browns palette is with a great offering of matte and shimmer shades. For my skin tone especially, at least one dark brown would have gone down a treat but saying that this is a great everyday nudes palette with some gorgeous shimmers. The Get Set primer in White Pearl acts as a lovely base and adds shimmer for the matte shades, I am so pleased to say that it doesn’t crease and the shadows do last all day with this primer or another good base.
I loved patting this Baked Eyeshadow on the centre of my eye to use as a pop of intense shimmer, this really gives the eyes an evening sparkle for the party season.
This Absolute Lashes mascara is amazing for lengthening the lashes and the colour is an intense black. It doesn’t flake off throughout the day and best of all it doesn’t clump!
The Real Hair Lashes (01) are very glamorous, I tend not to wear lashes but I love the look these gave me and they do not feel heavy at all. The glue that comes with the lashes is very sticky so you don’t need to wait for the glue to dry before applying the lashes.
The Candy Blush adds a lovely pop of coral, I love the shade as it’s an alternative to pink but not too orange. It is very pigmented so you literally need one swipe across the apples of your cheeks. I love that it’s matte which gives it a more autumnal feel but would also look amazing in the summer. The matching Mega Matte Lips in Chippie may have just become my new peachy pink Kim Kardashian pout (which I have been searching for!) I didn’t realise how smooth and long-lasting this would be. It is very similar to the Bourjois Rouge Velvet Edition lipstick but does take longer to set to matte, the colour just does it for me though ♥
